1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromoBook ("the Service"), operated by APP DEV MASTERS LTD (Company number: 14989815), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PromoBook is an AI-powered platform that helps users create educational digital books to promote their products. The Service includes AI content generation, book editing tools, web publishing, analytics tracking, and file export features.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Each book generation consumes one credit. Credits are purchased through one-time payments processed by Stripe.

  • Credits are non-refundable once a book has been generated
  • Credits do not expire
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes as required by law

5. Free Tier

New accounts receive one free book credit. The free tier is limited to one product and one book project. Free tier availability may change at our discretion.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create using the Service, including product information, book text, and published content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any content you publish.

8. Published Books

When you publish a book, it becomes publicly accessible on the internet. You are responsible for ensuring that your published content does not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. AI generation capabilities depend on third-party providers and may be subject to their availability and terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
